Recent collapses and malfunctions of European bridges threatened the service conditions road networks pointed out need for robust procedures to mitigate impact material degradation overloading existing bridges. Condition assessment remains a challenging task, which could take advantage cost-effective reliable inspection strategies. The advances in sensors as well Information Communication Technologies (ICT) ensure significant enhancement capabilities recording processing physical mechanical data. present paper focuses on paradigm indirect vibration measurements modal parameter identification operational conditions. It is very attractive because related opportunities application dynamic tests tool periodic inspections while significantly mitigating their traffic flow. In this framework instrumented vehicle acts measurement device provides valuable information structural response bridge at low-cost.
